Pathetic experience at Swagatham residency. Stinking rooms, cockroaches roaming on the floor, dead fly stuck on the bed, dirty linen and towels and zero hospitality. Housekeeping service zero. Didn't even provide sufficient bottled water...just 500 ml.

Hotel is located around 1.2 km from local train station and is in the centre of main market . You will find many restaurants around the place. Food is not cooked and served by the hotel ,you can order from outside. crockery you can ask at the hotel but it's quite old and looks dirty. I'll suggest to go for near by restaurants.Housekeeping staff behaviour is unprofessional . Rooms are quite small as compared with the price..

This is not a good hotel. We arrived a bit early in the morning. The person charged us a hefty amount for early checkin. There were no toileteries, no towels. Rooms were very compact, torn quilt and bedsheets. It was not worth the money.

Deluxe room booking but room size is very much clumsy, no other facilities i. E. Toothpaste, brush, sandle, not cleaning bedsheet, pillow cover, no tea facility etc.
